Phelps Named Senior Director of Communications & Public Relations at WRECC

Warren RECChas announced that Kim Phelps has been named Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations.

Phelps earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Boston University in 1995 and a master’s degree in business from the University of Louisville in 1999. She spent 13 years working in the Kentucky General Assembly before returning to her hometown where she most recently spent four years as Vice President of Communications and Public Policy at the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce.

Kim and her husband Eric have two daughters and live in Bowling Green.
