Big Sandy RECC ‘s long-time director, William “Bill” Maxey, 82, passed away Sunday December 10th. His arrangements are being made at the Jones Preston Funeral Home in PaintsvilleKY.
Maxey was on the Big Sandy board for 23 years, 2 months and on the KAECBoard for 20 years this past June. He truly loved the Coop world, and he will be greatly missed by all.
