Overnight Accommodations:
Group rates of $158 in the “Kentucky Electric Cooperatives Room Block” are available until October 15th. Cancelations must be made 48 hours in advance of the arrival date. Otherwise, a one night’s charge, plus state and local taxes will be incurred.

• The discounted parking rate is $12 per day. (Regular parking rate is $21 per day). Surface parking is available nearby at lower rates.

Meeting Registration:

• Registration deadline; November 8th
• Meeting registration cancelations due by November 8th to avoid charges
• Co-ops will be billed for the cost of meals for their attendees, spouses and guests
• On-Site Registration:
  • Monday, November 18th: 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    • Registration packets, name badges and programs
